The death rate from mental health disorders is rising, and Coach Rheo introduces a healing method that focuses on the physiological aspect

Kapanlagi.com – Since the pandemic, mental health issues have increasingly become a global concern and public spotlight. Based on data compiled by the Indonesian National Police, approximately 663 suicide cases were recorded in Indonesia between January and June 2023. This figure represents a 36.4% increase compared to the same period in 2021, when 486 cases were reported. Coach Rheo, a Mind Technology Expert, confirmed this alarming trend.

“Suicide cases are increasing in Indonesia and globally. Economic pressure is one of the main factors creating heavy mental burdens within individuals,” Coach Rheo told journalists in Jakarta on Sunday (November 5, 2023). According to Coach Rheo, suicide cases are often triggered by mental health disorders rooted in various issues, including gender-based violence, bullying, cyber violence in its many forms, incurable illnesses, economic pressure, and other life challenges.

“These burdens often become permanently embedded deep within a person’s psyche. Over time, life becomes increasingly difficult, especially with the rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Many people are losing hope after losing their livelihoods,” explained the mental health expert, who is a Certified Facilitator of Access Consciousness (USA), Certified Hypnotist, and Hypnotherapist (Indonesian Board of Hypnotherapy).

1. Mental Burdens Are Like Parasites

Coach Rheo, who is currently preparing a book titled Divine Oracular Assistance – Tension Releasing Technique Online (D.O.A TRTO), described mental burdens as parasites, deeply embedded and difficult to remove from the human psyche. “For the past 200 years, people have believed this to be true. Science has focused on studying how trauma forms and how to cope with it,” he said. “Trauma often comes and goes. Healing requires a long and exhausting process. But these efforts only help people endure, not eliminate mental burdens permanently.

The term commonly used is ‘recovery,’ which simply means waiting for the trauma to return,” Coach Rheo emphasized. He added that even using the word ‘permanent’ is considered taboo in the mental health f ield, as trauma is widely believed to be something that can never fully disappear. Coach Rheo cited data from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) in 2019, which reported that 20 war veterans die by suicide every day due to mental burdens. “Despite receiving some of the best psychological care in the world. As Max Strom stated in his TED Talk ‘Breathe to Heal,’ we need a different solution if we truly want to heal,” said the founder of the Indonesian Hope Counseling Foundation (YAKHIN).

2. Developing DOA Physio Psychotherapy

Coach Rheo has accumulated tens of thousands of hours of practice and study in the f ield of mind and mental technology. His work has been validated by an Associate Meta Coach (Meta Coach Foundation, Colorado, USA) and he is also a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP Society, Florida, USA). He is currently developing a mental healing method called DOA Physio Psychotherapy, a psychotherapy system that targets the physiological aspect of human beings. This system employs a fundamentally different strategy from conventional psychological or biological approaches whether medical or pharmaceutical.

“If psychology is the brain’s software, and biology is the hardware, then there is another layer that has been overlooked the physiological operating system,” Coach Rheo explained. According to Professor Paul Ekman (UCSF, USA), emotions are fundamentally physiological phenomena involving complex psychological and biological factors. Coach Rheo highlighted the importance of deactivating physiological reactions caused by the ‘Amygdala Hijack’, the brain mechanism responsible for emotional reactivity.

By doing so, the body’s reactivity to trauma can return to a neutral state.

“Forget about being healthy if you’re not even neutral yet. A sick person must first recover to a neutral state before we talk about health,” he said. He illustrated this with an analogy: “If someone breaks a bone in a motorcycle accident, you don’t teach them how to ride better first. You heal the broken bone, then provide education afterward.”

3. The DOA System

Coach Rheo noted that many approaches focus heavily on education and theory but fail to provide a clear roadmap for deactivating the amygdala’s reaction to traumatic memories, forcing people to suffer mentally for a lifetime. “The DOA system is unique. It does not require long lectures or detailed storytelling of traumatic events. Once learned, it can even be practiced independently,” he explained. Coach Rheo envisions mental health care becoming similar to physical fitness where everyone can remove their own mental burdens without becoming dependent on medication, therapists, or facilitators.

“Addiction begins when a person can no longer function normally without relying on something, someone, or a condition just to live normally. It’s like kidney patients who must undergo dialysis for life and can never truly recover,” said Coach Rheo, who holds a Trainer & Meta Master of Neurosemantics license from the Institute of Neurosemantics (USA).

4. Permanently Removing Mental Burdens

According to Coach Rheo, the core issue lies in the way people are taught to merely control, accept, move on from, or ignore emotional burdens. “People are told to coexist with their trauma to accept it and make peace with it. It’s like telling a victim of sexual assault to ‘move on’ and continue living alongside the perpetrator,” he said. “In the long run, this is dangerous.

Mental burdens accumulate over time and eventually destroy everything including the things we love. Like a glass continuously filled with water, it will eventually overflow,” he explained. Coach Rheo has dedicated his work to finding a way to permanently remove accumulated mental burdens. “For me, permanent healing is the priority. Temporary relief that relapses is a waste of time, energy, and money. I experienced that cycle for years, feeling light for a moment, then relapsing again,” said the Jakarta-born practitioner (March 23, 1983), widely known as @kokohealing on social media.

5. Coach Rheo’s Personal Struggle with Mental Burden

Coach Rheo himself struggled with mental burdens for over 12 years, dealing with phobias, anger issues, emotional wounds, overthinking, and anxiety. “What’s the point of having everything if your heart is not at peace? I prayed a lot and searched everywhere. I spent billions of rupiah on various modalities, but nothing truly resolved it,” he shared. While other methods helped him cope temporarily, Coach Rheo sought more than emotional control. This journey ultimately led him to develop DOA TRTO, which helped him permanently remove his own mental burdens.

“A good system must be replicable and work for everyone. Removing burdens from the body shouldn’t be a rare experience, it should be something thousands of people can benefit from,” he emphasized. Many public figures, including artists, influencers, and business owners, have sought help from Coach Rheo, such as Guntur LDP, Cilla, Wenny Sukamto, Chrisy Mahawi, Gieya Alexandra, Tigris Valerie, Alicia Yudos, Karina Salim, Christie Basil, Victoria Wong, Kochun, Denny Santoso, Ellen May, Endang Wierono, Bella Fernanda, and many others.

The Article Highlights Coach Rheo’s Introduction of The DOA TRTO Method as an Innovative Approach to Addressing Depression, Emphasizing Its Focus on Physiological and Psychological Healing

JAKARTA, SUDUTPANDANG.ID – Stress and depression are still often overlooked by many people today. Yet in Indonesia, depression is reported to be the second most common illness after heart disease.

“This usually starts with stress. Prolonged stress can eventually develop into depression,” said Coach Rheo while speaking to journalists at the launch of the DOA-TRTO method at Studio XXI Epicentrum Walk, Ground Floor, Rasuna Said, Kuningan, South Jakarta, on Wednesday (January 12).

“Stress should never be taken lightly,” added the young professional, widely known as a Mind Technology Expert. Coach Rheo emphasized the importance of taking mental health seriously. Although mental health disorders are common, he warned that they can become dangerous if not treated properly. “Mental health issues may be common, but if they are not handled correctly, they can put someone’s life at risk,” he explained.

During the event, Coach Rheo introduced an stress-management approach called the DOA TRTO Method. “This method is based on my own personal experiences, which I later developed to help many others. For me, this is a blessing, something that allows me to contribute meaningfully to the lives of others,” said Coach Rheo, one of the founders of Gadingkonseling Jakarta. (red)

Coach Rheo: The DOA TRTO Method Effectively Relieves Stress Caused by Trauma

Coach Rheo: The DOA TRTO Method Effectively Relieves Stress Caused by Trauma

jpnn.com, Jakarta – Traumatic experiences from the past can leave deep emotional scars and cause long-term stress in a person’s life. Mind Technology Expert Coach Rheo explains that, in scientific terms, this condition falls under Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). “Many recent studies show that people who are easily irritated or emotionally distressed often carry unresolved mental burdens from their past,” Rheo said during the launch of the DOA-TRTO Program: Divine Oracular Assistance – Tension Releasing Therapy Online, held in Kuningan, South Jakarta, on Wednesday (January 12).

If left untreated, Coach Rheo warned, prolonged stress can lead to depression and even physical health problems such as GERD, headaches, stomach ulcers, and cold sweats. “If not handled properly, these mental health issues can become life-threatening,” said Rheo, one of the founders of Gading Konseling Jakarta. According to him, the COVID-19 pandemic has further intensified various challenges, including moral, social, and economic issues.

Under his real name, Caezarro Rey Abishur, Coach Rheo introduced a therapeutic approach called DOA-TRTO (Divine Oracular Assistance – Tension Releasing Therapy Online). He claims that this method helps individuals release emotional burdens in a neutral and natural way. “Neutral means the trauma related to a client’s experience returns to zero, like a newborn baby with no emotional wounds,” explained the BNSP-certified KKNI Level 6 Trainer (National Professional Certification Agency).

Worth Trying

According to Coach Rheo, trauma from past experiences, such as sexual abuse or rape, that typically requires years of treatment can be resolved in just one session using the DOA-TRTO method. “In less than 60 minutes, emotional burdens caused by PTSD can be neutralized,” said Rheo, who is also a co-founder of Yayasan Konseling Harapan Indonesia (YAKHIN). A number of celebrities have reportedly undergone sessions with Coach Rheo, including Barbie Kumalasari, Fadly Jackson, Hud Filbert, Roy Kiyoshi, Okky Baper, Ismi Melinda, Audrey Ff, and Santosa Amin.

Others include Sonia Wijaya, Elmand, Lee Sachi, Gendis Dewanti, Rudi Kawilarang, Dr. Panndu Izz Ranggabirawa, Usama Harbatah, Michael Yukinobu De Fretes, Oki Baper, as well as Mayang and Chika (siblings of the late Vanessa Angel). Coach Rheo holds international credentials as a Trainer and NLP Meta Master Practitioner of Neurosemantics from the International Institute of Neurosemantic, North Carolina, USA, an Associate Meta Coach from the Meta Coach Foundation, Colorado, USA, and a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming from the NLP Society Florida, USA.

He hopes his expertise can help as many people as possible as an expression of gratitude to God. “Let us use the abilities God has given us as a blessing to fulfill our humanitarian calling,” he concluded. (jlo/jpnn)

Getting to Know Coach Rheo, Award-Winning Innovator of DOA TRTO Physiopsychotherapy

Coach Rheo, Indonesia’s first trauma relief expert, has once again achieved a major milestone in his career. He was recently honored with the Emerging Award by the Indonesian Psychological Association (HIMPSI) at the Festival Karya Cipta Indonesia, an event that marks an important moment for the development of psychology in the country. “This award from HIMPSI not only affirms my position as an innovator in the field of psychology, but also signals the beginning of a new era in mental health care,” Coach Rheo shared. The award recognizes his contribution through DOA Physiopsychotherapy, an innovative methodology designed to address traumatic emotional burdens in a comprehensive way.

The method has been acknowledged as an original Indonesian innovation with a significant positive impact on society. Rethinking Traditional Approaches According to Coach Rheo, the Divine Oracular Assistance (DOA) system differs fundamentally from conventional methods, which often focus on managing or accepting negative emotions caused by trauma. “We offer an approach that allows traumatic emotional burdens to be released systematically, consistently, permanently, and in a measurable way,” he explained.

Coach Rheo is also widely known for helping public figures and celebrities deal with psychological challenges. Among those he has worked with are Sophia Latjuba, Shandy Aulia, Karina Salim, Nisya Ahmad, Maya Septha, Aliando Syarief, Ozzy Syahputra, Yati Surachman, Sarwana Thamrin Warna, Fadly Jackson, and Barbie Kumalasari. Others include Tigris Valerie, Emily Young, Gendis Dewanti (Miss Polo International), Boy Tirayoh, Nobu, Roy Kiyoshi, Hud Filbert, Wenny Sukamto, Hanna Boone, Yunda Pratiwi, Bobby Saputra, ArDesy Natalia, and many more who have benefited from his work.

Rheo emphasized that DOA has proven effective in resolving a wide range of trauma-related issues, including sexual abuse, phobias, and post-traumatic stress disorder, often starting from the very first session. “This method allows individuals to move forward with their lives without being trapped by the shadows of the past,” added Rheo, who is also a co-founder of Yayasan Konseling Harapan Indonesia (YAKHIN).

A Global Vision: From Indonesia to the World

Coach Rheo hopes that the DOA system will gain international recognition and bring positive change to people around the world. “Negative emotions linked to trauma don’t have to be accepted or managed forever, they can be completely removed from within a person,” said Rheo, who is recognized as a Trainer and NLP Meta Master Practitioner of Neurosemantics by the International Institute of Neurosemantic, North Carolina, USA.

After more than ten years of hands-on experience handling various cases, Rheo officially introduced the DOA system in 2020. Since then, it has attracted the attention of many individuals and professionals who apply the method in different settings, demonstrating its effectiveness in supporting mental well-being. Receiving the HIMPSI award, Coach Rheo sees this as the first step toward a broader transformation in mental health care. He remains committed to continuing the development and wider adoption of the DOA system so that more people can experience its benefits.

“This is an important moment to reach the stage of liberation—true freedom from emotional burdens within ourselves,” concluded Rheo, who was born in Jakarta on March 23, 1983.

Daycare Violence: Unpacking the Emotional Triggers

Daycare Violence: Unpacking the Emotional Triggers

JAKARTADAILY.ID – The recent incident of a daycare worker harming a child, despite being pregnant herself, has raised troubling questions about the potential for violence in childcare settings. Trauma relief expert Caezarro Rey Abishur, known as Coach Rheo, sheds light on the complex interplay between emotional burdens and behavior.

The Amygdala Hijack: When Stress Overwhelms

Coach Rheo describes this phenomenon as an "amygdala hijack," where the body's fight-or-flight response overrides rational thinking. This can be particularly acute during pregnancy, when hormonal fluctuations couple with pre-existing emotional baggage to create a volatile emotional state.

Unpacking the Emotional Backpack

These burdens, often stemming from past experiences, can accumulate silently. We're conditioned to suppress emotions and "move on," but these unaddressed issues can manifest as sudden, uncontrollable outbursts.

Burnout and Resentment: A Dangerous Mix

Burnout from work or unresolved resentment can also contribute.  A daycare worker overwhelmed by work challenges might find it easier to vent frustration on a child who cannot readily defend themselves.

Recommendations for Mothers and Daycare Providers

Emotional Awareness: Coach Rheo emphasizes the importance of self-awareness. Recognizing and addressing emotional baggage is crucial for preventing future incidents. The article uses the example of Will Smith's public outburst to illustrate how unaddressed stress can lead to violence.

Letting Go, Not Just Controlling: Suppression only intensifies emotions. Learning healthy coping mechanisms for emotional release is essential.

Seeking Professional Help: For pregnant mothers experiencing the "baby blues" or increased irritability, seeking professional help can prevent escalation.

Strengthening Daycare Safeguards

Coach Rheo emphasizes the need for improved daycare standards. This includes:

Stronger SOPs: Clear and comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) can guide staff in handling difficult situations.

Competent Staff: Daycare providers should prioritize hiring staff with the necessary training and certifications for handling emotional challenges.

Mental Health Support: Early access to mental health resources can equip daycare workers to manage stress and emotional burdens.

Public policy analysis

Pre- and Postnatal Support: Pre- and postnatal support groups can provide social support and practical guidance for mothers during this vulnerable period.

Building Community: Creating a community around new mothers, either through friendship networks or pregnancy support groups, can offer valuable resources and emotional support.

The Path Forward

By prioritizing mental health awareness, fostering open communication, and implementing robust childcare practices, we can create safer environments for both children and caregivers. These steps can help prevent future tragedies and ensure a nurturing environment for all children. (***)
